These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 999 jaya platform and all its services. In these Terms, "platform" refers to the 999 jaya website, mobile app, and all related services. "User" or "member" refers to any registered individual.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali text shall prevail.

1.2 Scope

These Terms apply to all products and services of 999 jaya, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, and all other gaming features.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on 999 jaya and participate in any betting or gaming activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age during registration is considered a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To complete registration, the user must confirm the following:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Currently residing in Bangladesh and legally eligible to use this service
• Playing with their own money, not on behalf of anyone else
• The account is for personal use, not for commercial purposes

2.4 Identity Verification

999 jaya reserves the right to verify any account at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 999 jaya is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Once a deposit is completed, funds are generally credited to the account within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Important Rules

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Sending funds to third-party accounts is not possible
• Withdrawal requests may be held if wagering requirements on bonuses have not been met
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
• There may be a maximum bet amount set when playing with bonus balance
• The same user cannot claim the same promotion more than once
• If any irregularity is found, the bonus will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Program

The 999 jaya VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.4 Bonus Changes

999 jaya reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For any ongoing bonus cycle, the previous terms will apply.

6.1 Bet Limits

Each game or betting event has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which may vary depending on the type of game and the member's tier. The limits displayed on the platform are authoritative.

6.2 Game Results

All games on 999 jaya use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair and unbiased results. Live casino games use software from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other recognised providers. If a technical issue occurs on the game provider's platform, the game may be cancelled and bets refunded.

6.3 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. For sports betting, there may be an option to cancel or change a bet before the event starts, subject to the rules of each individual market.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

• Live betting after an event has started may be restricted under certain conditions
• The decisions of international sports bodies are final in determining results
• Bets on abandoned or suspended matches will be settled according to 999 jaya's policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses repeatedly
• Deliberately abusing bonuses (bonus hunting / abusing)
• Operating an account using another person's personal or financial information
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's software
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Colluding with other members to commit fraud
• Attempting to bypass the identity verification process by providing false information

If any of the above activities are proven, 999 jaya may close the account without notice, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Platform Rights

999 jaya may suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• In the event of a violation of the Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 6 months)
• Upon receiving a direction or order from a legal authority

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any member may request to close their own account. If any bet or game is in progress at the time of the request, the account closure process will begin after it is completed. It is possible to withdraw the remaining balance before the account is closed; however, if wagering requirements have not been met, bonus funds will be forfeited.
